Why It Is Now Possible To Permanently Forget The Negative Past

Do you know that many people walk around in life feeling and being weighed down by old emotional baggage in the form of negative memories from their past? Do you know that this "weight" is real, drains one's Life Force Energy, their confidence, self worth, self esteem, optimism, hope, strength, resilience, and ultimately their will to live just to name a few? Do you know that most people believe there is nothing they can do about it other than to try to blunt their internal emotional pain with drugs, work, alcohol, sex, pornography, an armamentarium of psycho-pharmaceuticals, sleep, and so on? Finally, do you know that now it is actually possible to permanently and completely delete/erase the negative memories of one's past and this amounts essentially to being able to forget it once and for all? Want to learn more?

If you dredge up, just for a moment, one of your own negative memories and while remembering it notice what it "does" to you you'll invariably feel/notice some or all of the following:

1. Feeling drained.
2. Feeling depressed.
3. Feeling inadequate.
4. Feeling rejected or abandoned.
5. Feeling ashamed or a sense of humiliation.
6. Feeling helpless, angry, and frustrated.
7. Feeling sad, and regretful.
8. Feeling like a victim.
9. Feeling stuck and unable to change the past and how it makes you feel.
10. Feeling unworthy, unlovable, unwanted, undeserving and useless.
11. Feeling insecure, defective, deficient, and like there is something wrong with you.
12. Feeling damaged, incapacitated and unable to be effective as a mature adult.
13. Feeling a sense of self loathing or self hatred.
14. Possibly feeling empty, hopeless and like life is not worth living.

And so on...

Without realizing it these memories are having this kind of impact on you every single day that you carry them inside. What's more I'm certain that there is more than one and this only compounds the negative impact they have on your life.

Many people try to pretend to themselves that they don't exist and try to bury them, or at least the emotional pain associated with them, with the use of time, drugs, alcohol, sex, food, therapy and other distractions. This however does not change the fact that the negative impact of these memories continues unabated and is destroying the person's ability to live a free, empowered and fulfilling life.

This attempt at "distraction" is what many refer to as trying to "forget" but in fact is not forgetting at all!

True forgetting actually refers to the ability to permanently and completely delete or erase the negative memories and any associated pain from the mind/body once and for all!

I realize that may sound impossible or even like science fiction to some but it turns out that a decade ago research in to the nature of negative memories and how they get stored and remain "anchored" in the subconscious mind revealed that they could in fact permanently and completely dislodged and erased.

This is akin to erasing an old computer file from the computer's hard drive, in such a fashion that the computer no longer "knows" that it ever existed within!

The process that was found to achieve this was simple and accessible to anyone who could read and write.

Hard to believe?

Well, for many it is. In fact I don't actually expect that you will without actually having had the experience itself. You see, that is the only thing that will convince anyone that this is possible.

What's more by doing so it helps to progressively restore one's self confidence, self esteem self worth, inner strength, courage, optimism, joy, inner peace, sense of well being, effectiveness, sense of adequacy and competence as a mature capable adult, sense of empowerment and much more.
