Has This Been On Any Leadership Course You May Have Ever Attended?

As a leader in your business organisation, or bank, or school and college, or the section to which you have been promoted, would you like where you lead to be transformed within 24 hours? If you control your mouth and your tongue, and stop making people fearful of you this could happen quite quickly. I have seen it happen and within a very short period productivity has increased as harmonious relationships made the workplace so very different.

Jesus Christ in Matthew Chapter 6 is teaching potential leaders regarding prayer. Has that been on any leadership course you may have attended?

Now, Jesus Christ was and is the finest leader this world has ever seen so if we turn to him we are look at and for quality.

Jesus wants us to show a willing co-operation in His plans and with his plans, and that is why he encourages these men to pray, Thy Kingdom come and Thy will be done.

He looks for willing submission. That may not very popular in the minds of some leaders who might have been promoted beyond their natural ability.

What are these claims the Father has upon His children? God looks for Reverence and Co-operation and Willing Submission. It is there so simply.

If you started praying for those around you and those who look to you for leadership the atmosphere and productivity would be changed.

Jesus moves on to what the children can claim from their Father. If you pray for those around you God will bless you and provide for your every need.

Some do think that God is not really interested and that He is too big or too busy, or has too much to do, and we are not that important, or we are not fit to come to Him or that somehow He is not able to help. We might not always put it and express it like that, but it is there secluded deep within many hearts and minds.

Give us today our daily bread. Give us provision enough for the next 24 hours, and help and grace and strength for the next 24 hours, and this is not for tomorrow dear God, just because we are not going to pray tomorrow, so give us today.

It is a prayer for sustenance to see us through the day, and that is not just physical sustenance.

There is much temptation around and corruption is rife in many places and bullying is rampant. That is why this is so crucial for those in leadership.

Come and ask specifically for support and provision. It is daily prayer for a daily walk with God, and it is a realistic prayer. Try it no matter you are exercising your leadership.

Nor is it, thank you for yesterday's supplies because we will spin it out for today!

Pray for the people who look to you for example and leadership. At a time when immorality and lust and selfishness abound, you make up your mind that you are young to be different.
