The World of the Words!

Well, before I start this article, I wish to thank this wonderful platform where people can express and share their experiences, thoughts, and ideas. And the more the one expresses, the more he feels nice and happy!

Friends! Do you know the words which are just made up of alphabets can impact our life so profoundly and deeply! Very interestingly, the words, the only combination of the letters can change many lives.
The words can destroy, The words can build! The words can make you sad; The words can make you happy! The words can bring failures; The words can make you successful! The words can hurt, The words can heal! So, let's always respect the immense power of the words.

There are some words like; pathetic, sick, irritating, dull (don't want to make this list big). These are emotion triggering words. When you hear or utter these words, even in mind we can feel and experience the emotions attached to it. These words can destroy our mood. We can say these are 'No' set of words.
Fortunately there are some more emotion triggering words like Wonderful, Amazing, Lovely, Beautiful, Superb, Fantastic (Would love to expand this list as much as possible ) These words also impact on our mind. If these words are heard or uttered even in mind, can make us feel the emotion and experience of these words. We can say these are 'Yes' set of words These words can make us happy, and feel very good. It is always our choice which set of words we use.

One interesting exercise we can do. Just observe the language pattern of the person around you. Just observe the set of words which he or she uses in day-to-day life. In fact the better idea is to observe the words and language pattern of ourselves. We can notice and observe the words, phrases and language patterns, which we are using while communicating with the world and while communicating with ourselves as well. Interestingly while observing our words we can be very easily vigilant about our language pattern. When we observe that we are using 'No' set of words, we can immediately tell ourselves 'STOP' And we can move on to 'Yes' set of the words. Believe me, just by choosing 'Yes' set of the words, while communicating with others and while communicating with ourselves, our life can become better, happier and healthier.

During our upbringing, most of us are programmed with the phrases like, 'There is no substitute to hard work', 'No gain without pain', 'Life is not just roses, but also thorns' These are just representative phrases, in fact during our lifetime we have came across many such phrases. These language patterns create stress and negativity. These language patterns can be challenged with altered phrases like -
'There is no substitute to sincere work', Sounds more natural and easy right?
'There is always gain with sincere work, coaching, co-operation, consistency, then where is the pain?'
'Life is not just roses, but also thorns, but what if I choose only roses?'

Interestingly a single situation, thing, incident can be described in two different ways.
E.g.
One person may describe something as 'too short', while the other person may describe the same thing as 'to the point'.
One Person may describe something as 'too long' while the other may describe it as 'well elaborated'.
One person can say 'too early' while the other may say 'well in time'.
Just observe how just the words change our approach to experience the same situation.

As you are enjoying this reading, I believe, you believe, to welcome my words deep into your mind, happily!

Well Friends! just change the words, phrases and language patterns, and you can change the whole experience, and ultimately the experience is the only life!

Have a wonderful Time!
